A Special Note From Board Member Bill Woodyard, IV
Within every area of Arkansas Hospice, we are proud of our remarkable staff and volunteers. Underpinning all they are able to achieve are Annual Gifts, made through our Annual Fund Drive in May and our End-of-Year Campaign in November.
Unrestricted annual gifts make an immediate and important difference because they can be used in the most productive way possible. It’s a matter of being able to place trust in staff and volunteer leaders who know Arkansas Hospice best.
Unrestricted gifts are critically important in ensuring Arkansas Hospice leaders can take advantage of unanticipated opportunities and address unforeseen challenges. In addition, they ensure Arkansas Hospice is able to provide the best in hospice care, regardless of one’s ability to pay.
No matter how small a gift is, it is important. It represents a decision. Smaller gifts are often catalysts for larger gifts, and our Annual Giving program is the perfect place to put gifts of all sizes to work.
It’s a fact that great accomplishments often result not from a single act, but from the accumulation of many smaller acts. The same is true with gifts.
Your tax-deductible investment is the best evidence around that the people who share our mission believe in our future, yet even more importantly, the lives we touch on a daily basis. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Bill Woodyard IV
