We encounter many transitions in our lives, such as moving or facing the loss of a loved one.

These times of change often require sorting through and distributing personal items. Our thoughtful volunteers carefully handle your donated treasures with respect.

Our Resale Shop accepts a wide variety of clean, sellable items in new or gently used condition: home and office furnishings, antiques, artwork, rugs, decorative items, dishes, small kitchen appliances, books, music, jewelry, clothing, movies, toys and more.

You may deliver donations directly to the shop. To schedule a free pick-up of furniture donations, call (501) 663-2909 or email Rachel Hawkins at rhawkins@arkansashospice.org.

We are unable to accept the following:

• items with stains, holes, tears, breaks, missing pieces or worn-out parts
• left-over yard-sale items – unless they meet our regular criteria, are clean and have price tags removed
• mattresses, box springs, bed pillows
• machinery, flammable or construction materials, car parts, large appliances
• lawn care, medical, computer, or exercise equipment
• chemicals, medicines, cosmetics, toiletries

All donated items are tax deductible, and receipts are given to donors for their financial records.

The Arkansas Hospice Resale Shop is not responsible for any property damage incurred in the process of picking up your donation. In addition, the Resale Shop has the right to refuse any donations deemed by the driver/staff as inappropriate for our Shop. Very large or heavy items cannot be moved from above ground level unless an elevator is available. We appreciate your understanding of our policies.
