Each year at Party at the Plaza, the Arkansas Hospice Foundation presents the Michael V. Aureli Compass Award to an individual who embodies the true nature of a hospice heart, and whose involvement has resulted in furthering the success of our important work.
This year, the Arkansas Hospice Foundation will present Judy Wooten as the recipient of the 2025 Michael V. Aureli Compass Award.
Having joined the Arkansas Hospice team in 2002 as vice president and chief operating officer, Judy was named president and chief executive officer in 2011. Under her leadership, Arkansas Hospice has grown to become the state’s largest non-profit provider of hospice services, and, in recent years, the organization has developed a continuum of care to serve Arkansans before they reach the stage of needing hospice care in life’s final months. After 23 years of serving the mission of Arkansas Hospice, Judy is retiring as a leader in the fields of hospice, palliative and senior care who has been recognized on the local, regional and national levels.
Judy will be recognized with a special video presentation at Party at the Plaza at 4:55 p.m. on April 26th, 2024, at the Argenta Plaza in North Little Rock, AR.
You can join the list of “Friends of Judy” with a donation of $100 or more in her honor. All “Friends” will be recognized on the Party at the Plaza website and on the jumbo video wall at Party at the Plaza on April 26th.
Friends of Judy donations received after 4/23 may not appear on Party at the Plaza video wall due to production deadlines.
